1. Acceptance of Terms
By signing up for our affiliate program, you agree to abide by these terms and any future updates we may publish. You also confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have legal permission in your jurisdiction.
2. Commission Structure
You will earn a commission for each successful referral that results in a qualified sale, according to our current payout schedule. We reserve the right to change commission rates with prior notice.
3. Payouts
Commissions are paid [monthly/bi-weekly] once you reach a minimum payout threshold of $50.00. Payments are made via Check.
4. Affiliate Obligations
You agree:
To promote our products/services truthfully and ethically.
Not to engage in misleading, spammy, or illegal marketing.
Not to impersonate our brand or falsely claim partnerships
We may terminate your account if you violate these rules.
5. Use of Materials
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our marketing materials solely for affiliate purposes. You may not modify or misuse them.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account at any time for any reason. Any unpaid commissions may be forfeited if termination results from a violation of these terms.
7. Liability & Disclaimers
We make no guarantees regarding your success as an affiliate. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages related to your participation.
8. Updates to Terms
These terms may be updated at any time. We will notify affiliates of major changes. Continued participation after updates means you accept the revised terms.
